For Employers: Organizational Training Needs Assessment

Did you know that Niagara West Adult Learning Centre can assist small to medium sized local businesses and organizations in evaluating the training needs of their employees and volunteers?  We can then either provide free training services or refer you to services that you or your employees can access to improve skill levels and the effectiveness of your team!  This could include training in many of the essential skills identified by the government of Canada in their Skills for Success initiative, which include not only basic literacy, but many of the soft skills needed in today's workplace.  Watch the following brief video for information on the nine skills highlighted by ESDC.
