About the Program
The Niagara West Adult Learning Centre has received funding to offer a variety of workshops related to the Government of Canada's Skills for Success initiative. These workshops have been developed and adapted to help Canadians improve their skills in both work and life.
Workshops will be offered online and in person, and are designed to equip participants to improve their ability to succeed in the workplace and in life. Through presentations, group activities, and discussion, we will explore why these skills are important, what they look like in the workplace, and how we can develop them in our own lives. Learning activities will help participants personalize what they are learning and apply it to their own lives, wherever they are.
We will try to accommodate all requests, but preference will be given to participants who are willing to commit to a minimum of six workshops.
