In partnership with the Lincoln Public Library and the Employment Help Centre, the Niagara West Adult Learning Centre (NWALC) offers basic computer or "digital literacy" training classes.

These introductory classes are designed to provide you with the basics to get started on using computers, tablets and various software programs. All programs are available free of charge.

Following are some of the classes we offer:
  • Introduction To Computers

    Thursdays from 9:30 until noon at the Beamsville NWALC office — learn how to create a simple document, search the internet, use e-mail, and more.

  • Introduction To Tablets/Cell Phones

    Need Help using your tablet or cell phone? We have one to one Free tutoring. Call for an appointment.

  • Introduction To Microsoft Excel

    At Employment Help Centre offices — learn how to create and format a spreadsheet, use formulas, make graphs, etc.
